Step by step: how to draw Easy Drawing Floor New Chukkala Kolam

1. Mark the 6-to-6 dot grid — six rows of six dots.
2. In each quarter of the grid draw a straight diagonal line so the four lines form the sides of a diamond around an open centre.
3. On the inner side of each line draw a flower of three pointed petals marked with lines and dots, springing from a small half-circle edged with dots on the line.
4. On the outer side of each line, opposite the petals, draw a rounded cup-shaped bud with a curved inner line.
5. Beyond each bud draw a pointed leaf with a centre vein and a dot.
6. At the top, bottom, left and right points of the diamond draw a circle with a spiral inside, joining the ends of the neighbouring lines.
