- In the centre draw a small four-petal flower.
- From it run four stems out along the diagonals and curl spiral tendrils off the stems around the centre.
- Near each corner draw a large flower of four long looped petals on its stem.
- From each corner flower extend a short line outward ending in a dot, and add spiral curls beside the flower's outer petals.
- Join neighbouring corner flowers along the top and left edges with two lines that meet in a pointed peak at the middle of the edge.
