Step by step: how to draw Pedda Muggulu With Chukkalu

1. Mark the 11-to-3 dot grid — rows tapering from 11 down to 3 above and below.
2. In the centre draw a flower of four pointed petals, one to each side, and repeat a smaller pointed petal inside each.
3. On the four diagonals around it draw a small flower of four loop petals, then cross each with two straight diagonal spokes ending in dots.
4. At the top and bottom draw a lotus: a central pointed bud with a line of dots down it, a curved leaf on each side, a broad outer petal beyond each leaf, and a spiral curl at both ends.
5. On the left and right draw a pair of leaves pointing up and down with a small pointed bud holding a dot between them, add a curved outer petal, and finish each pair with spiral curls at its tips.
6. Re-trace the outlines in white.
