Step by step: how to draw Simple Daily Rangoli Designs With Dots
- Mark a 3-by-3 dot grid — three rows of three dots.
- Join the top and bottom dots of the left and right columns with two tall pointed lenses, then the end dots of the top and bottom rows with two wide lenses, so the four lenses cross at the corners.
- In the centre draw a four-pointed star with inward-curving sides and fill it with a lattice of crossing lines and dots.
- On each of the four corners where the lenses cross draw a large flower of rounded, lobed petals with a spiral curl inside.
- At the middle of each side draw a lotus bud — a pointed centre petal between two side petals — with short lines tipped with dots fanning from its tip, flanked by spiral curls.
- Fill the spaces between the lenses and the star with small spiral curls and short stems ending in dots.
