Step by step: how to draw 11-1 Dots Sankranthi Muggulu

1. Mark a diamond-shaped dot grid with interlaced rows, widest across the middle.
2. On each of the four sides draw a rose — a rounded cup with a pointed tip facing outward and two pointed petals flaring at its base — so the four roses form a cross around the centre dot.
3. Inside each rose draw a spiral with layered petal lines curling out from it.
4. At the inner base of each rose draw a small leaf pointing towards the centre.
5. From each rose base sweep a curved stem round to one diagonal and end it in a larger veined leaf, so the four stems swirl around the centre dot.
6. Colour the roses red at the top, purple on the right, magenta at the bottom and blue on the left, and fill all the leaves green.
7. Re-trace all outlines in white.
