Step by step: how to draw Beginners Muggulu With 11x1dots

1. Mark the 11-to-1 dot grid — the middle row of 11 dots, rows stepping down to a single dot at the top and bottom.
2. In the centre draw a diamond filled with a cross-hatched lattice, and enclose it in a larger diamond outline.
3. From each corner of the outer diamond draw a small almond-shaped eye leaf pointing outward along the four straight arms.
4. End the left and right arms with two interlocking diamonds, and the top and bottom arms with a double-lined diamond holding a smaller diamond inside.
5. On each of the four diagonals draw a heart-shaped bud inside a square, its tip pulled out into a pointed leaf edged with a fringe of short lines.
6. Join the arms to the centre diamond with paired straight lines along the dot rows and go over the outlines in white.
