Step by step: how to draw 6 Chukkala Muggulu With Dots

1. Mark the 6-to-6 square dot grid.
2. In each corner draw a diagonal line cutting across the corner — from the third dot down the side edge to the third dot along the top or bottom edge — with a pointed leaf joined to its middle and pointing out to the corner.
3. Build a lotus in each corner — layered pointed petals fanning out from the middle of the line towards the outer corner, with a line ending in a dot inside the middle petal.
4. At the inner end of each lotus draw a rounded cup of curved petals with a small leaf edged with short strokes beside it.
5. Add spiral curls on both sides at the base of each lotus.
6. In the centre draw a small flower with round petals and a dot, and place a small ring between neighbouring lotuses on the outer sides.
