Step by step: how to draw Happy New Year Muggulu Simple
- Mark the 14-to-2 dot grid.
- In the middle write HAPPY NEW YEAR in capital letters on three lines — HAPPY, NEW, YEAR.
- Above the lettering draw a flower of four heart-shaped petals around a spiral centre.
- Repeat the spiral-centred four-petal flower on the left, on the right and below the lettering, so four flowers frame the words.
- From the top and bottom flowers run curving vines with pointed leaves and curled tendrils towards the side flowers, ending each vine in a small bud, so the motifs form an oval wreath around the lettering.
- On each side of the bottom flower add a three-petal lily, and mark the bottom flower's petals with short dashes.
