Step by step: how to draw 7 Dots Lakshmi Mata Rangoli
- Mark the 7-to-1 dot grid — rows narrowing from seven dots in the middle to one at each end.
- On the top, bottom, left and right draw a diya with its flame pointing to the centre, and decorate each bowl with an arc and a band of dots.
- Behind each diya draw two long leaves sweeping outward, each ending in a spiral curl.
- Beyond the leaves draw a cross-hatched lotus base and edge it with a fan of rounded petals.
- In the centre draw a flower of long looped petals pointing to the diagonals, with a dot inside each petal.
- Between neighbouring motifs add a short diagonal row of dots and dashes.
- Shade the rounded petals and thicken all outlines.
