Step by step: how to draw How to Draw 10 to 2 Kolam
- Mark the 10-to-2 dot grid — ten dots in the widest row narrowing to two at the ends.
- At the top draw two birds facing each other with beaks almost touching — round heads, dot eyes, curved breasts and folded wings — and arch a curved line over their heads.
- Seat the birds on a curved branch that runs out to both sides and ends in a spiral curl on each side.
- From each bird draw a long pointed tail sweeping down and outward.
- Below the birds hang two small teardrop leaves with midribs between small spiral curls, then add a larger lobed leaf on each side.
- At the bottom centre draw a four-petal flower with a ringed-dot centre and two short dashes in each petal.
