Step by step: how to draw Ugadi Rangoli With Dots 15×8 Traditional

1. Mark the dot grid so the field is widest across the middle and narrows toward the top and bottom.
2. In the centre draw a small dot with a thin ring around it.
3. Around the centre draw six six-petal flowers in a ring — two at the top, one on each side and two at the bottom — each with a small ring at its heart.
4. Behind each flower draw a spray of jagged-edged leaves, one leaf pointing in toward the centre and the others fanning outward.
5. Fill the flowers in green, blue and magenta — two of each — so flowers opposite each other across the ring match, with a green dot in every centre.
6. Fill the leaves in a contrasting colour — red behind the green flowers, magenta behind the blue, blue behind the magenta — and outline everything in white.
