Step by step: how to draw Rangoli Tipkyanchi for Deepavali
- Mark the 7-to-4 dot grid.
- Around the grid draw a ring of six diya bowls — each a rounded bowl topped with two leaf-shaped rim lobes — turned so every lamp points outward.
- At the outer tip of each diya draw a pointed almond flame with a curved line inside and a fringe of short rays around it.
- Fill the inner half of each bowl with nested V-lines.
- Between each pair of neighbouring diyas add a spiral curl — six in all.
- In the centre draw a six-petal flower and enclose it in a six-pointed star outline.
- Fill the six gaps between the star points and the diyas with crosshatched panels.
