Step by step: how to draw Dasara Special Rangoli Very Easy

1. Mark the 9-to-9 dot grid — nine rows of nine dots in a square.
2. In the centre draw a dot inside a small circle and ring it with four long pointed petals in a cross, with a short dash and a single dot in each petal.
3. Enclose the cross in a scalloped outline of eight lobes — large ones on the four sides and small ones on the diagonals — and put a small pointed leaf inside each small diagonal lobe.
4. On each of the four sides draw a trapezoid lamp base with its wide edge facing out.
5. Beyond each lamp base draw three teardrop flames pointing outward.
6. On each of the four corners draw a four-petal flower with heart-shaped petals around a dot-in-circle centre.
7. Add a spiral curl on the outer side of each corner flower.
