Step by step: how to draw Easy Sankranthi Rangoli Designs
- Mark the 11 to 6 dot grid — rows tapering from 11 down to 6.
- In the centre draw a six-petal flower with pointed petals and a line down the middle of each petal.
- Around the flower draw six birds in a ring, heads toward the centre, each with a round head, a dot eye and a small triangular beak.
- Give each bird a plump body and a diamond-shaped wing filled with slanted parallel lines.
- Finish each bird with a wavy tail of three curved feathers spreading outward.
