Step by step: how to draw Easy New Year Muggulu
- Mark the 8-to-2 dot grid — the middle row of 8 dots, rows stepping down to 2 at the top and bottom.
- Across the middle row write 2025 in large open numerals.
- Above and below the numerals draw two square boxes each, side by side with a narrow gap between them on the centre line, so the four boxes sit at the four corners of the numerals.
- Inside each box draw a quarter-circle arc swinging from the outer corner, and in that outer corner set a tight spiral.
- Around each spiral add three rounded heart-shaped petals that spill outside the box, with a curved leaf tip tucked inside the arc.
- Fill the petals with a dusting of white and go over all the lines in white.
